Liability, Checking this box acknowledges you have read and agree to the above terms and conditions *GUEST LIABILITY & RELEASE WAIVER In consideration of being allowed to participate in the Drive In at The Grand Oaks Resort or Special Events, I agree to release, discharge, hold harmless and covenant not to sue Grand Oaks Operating, LLC aka Grand Oaks Resort and all affiliates of such entities, and each of the fore going’s officers, directors, employees, and agents (collectively, the “Released Parties”) from all liability to me, my executors, administrators, personal representatives, heirs and next of kin, for all loss or damage and all claims or demands (each a “Claim”) on account of injury or damage to my person or property resulting in my death that was caused by the negligence, action or inaction of such Released Parties, or otherwise. Additionally, I agree to hold harmless, defend and indemnify the released Parties from any Claim by any of my guests and invitees. This Release, Waiver and Hold Harmless is intended to be as broad and inclusive as permitted by Florida Law and if any portion is held invalid for any reason the balance should not withstanding continue in full legal force and effect. * GRAND OAKS RESORT, DBA GRAND OAKS OPERATING, LLC COMPLETE RELEASE FROM LIABILITY IN CASE OF INJURY OR LOSS, WAIVER INDEMNITY AGREEMENT Valid December 01, 2024 through December 31, 2025 This agreement covers all contractual events for calendar year 2025. I/we have read and voluntarily signed the release and waiver of liability and indemnity agreement.
